THE GCA DIFFERENCE

Every Monday, the students at Guardian Christian Academy serve the community in a variety of ways: volunteering for hospice, cleaning up highways, helping out local businesses, or anything that God has in store for them!

Students at GCA are required to fulfill 81 hours of Community service during the school year. All community service is arranged by the school and added into the students' schedules. We encourage this for our students in order to accomplish three major things in their lives.

Build Community

Build Character

Build a Servant's Heart

Building a stronger community is key to the overall growth of that community.

"Carry each other's burdens, and in this way you will fulfill the law of Christ." Galatians 6:2

At GCA, we encourage students to live in a Christ-like manner, to become a light unto the world, acting as a strong role model to those surrounding them.

"As in water face reflects face, so the heart of a man reflects man" Proverbs 27:19

Having a heart of a servant is having a heart after Christ. We encourage this lifestyle in our students as a way to bring them up in the way of the Lord.

"For even the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give his life as a ransom for many" - Mark 10:45
